Our family owned and operated butcher originates from a long family tradition of agricultural breeders and farmers, who for generations, have dedicated their passion and commitment to the production of high-quality meat.
It all began in the early 2000s, when the farm expanded thanks to the intervention of Giuseppe’s sister, Anna, and his brother-in-law Luigi, who contributed to the growth and development of the family business.
Over the years, the family have passed down this philosophy to Anna and Luigi’s son, Antonino. After a long apprenticeship, Antonino entered the family business, maintaining a strong bond with the surrounding countryside and to the traditions of artisanal meat processing.
Over time, we decided to directly transform all of our products, and as a result, opening the butcher. We offer customers fresh and genuine meat, raised and processed with the same care as our ancestors.
Today, in our butcher, we offer only the meat grown our farms. The animals have a natural diet and are processed in accordance with to our traditions. From the maturation, to the preparation of selected cuts and artisanal cured meats, each product tells our story of passion, dedication and love for quality.
